Welcome, we are here today to witness the joining in marriage and family of Whitney, Anthony and their son, Nico.

True marriage is more than joining the bonds of marriage of two persons. In its right relation, it is the uniting of two souls already attuned to each other. When such a true bond already exists between two people, it is fitting that an outer acknowledgment be made. We are here to bear witness to the entry into the closer relationship of husband and wife of these beloved friends who are already one in spirit, however, we are not only creating a new bond between husband and wife, but also witnessing the affirmation of  family with their son Nico

Whitney and Anthony, you are now taking into your care and keeping the happiness of the one person in all the world whom you love best. You are adding to your life not only the affection of each other, but also the companionship and blessing of a deep trust. You are agreeing to share strength, responsibilities, and to share love, and the care and nurturing of your son.

At the end of this ceremony, legally you will be husband and wife, but you still must decide each and every day that stretches before you, that you want to be married. Make such a decision and keep on making it, for the most important thing in life is to love and be loved.

May you always need one another, not to fill the emptiness, but to help each other know your fullness. May you want one another, but not out of lack. May you embrace one another, but not encircle one another. May you succeed in all important ways with each other, and not fail in the little graces. Look for things to praise, often say 'I love you' and take no notice of small faults. May you have happiness, and may you find it in making one another happy. May you have love, and may you find it in loving one another.

Do we have the rings?..thank you..

Anthony, please take your brides hand and place the ring on her finger....[here I tell them to take a good look at their partner]

Anthony repeat after me :

Whitney, I take you to be my lawfully wedded
wife.
Before these witnesses I vow to love you and care for
you, as long as we both shall live. [ring onto finger]

Whitney, please take your grooms hand and place the ring on his finger....[here I tell them to take a good look at their partner]

Whitney repeat after me :

Anthony, I take you to be my lawfully wedded
husband.
Before these witnesses I vow to love you and care for
you, as long as we both shall live. [ring onto finger]

Whitney and Anthony repeat after me [to Nico. together]

Nico, Before these witnesses we vow to love you and care for you, as long as we both shall live.

Now you will feel no rain, for each of you will be shelter to the other. Now you will feel no cold, for each of you will be warmth to the other. Now there is no more loneliness, for each of you will be companion to the other. Although you are three bodies, there is only one life before you. Go now to enter into the days of your togetherness. May your days be good and long upon this earth.

By the power vested in me by the states of NH and Rhode Island, I now pronounce you husband and wife.

You may kiss the bride.
